This popular three-day event, hosted by Washington state’s only quilt museum, features award-winning quilts & textiles in three fantastic La Conner venues. Admission includes entry to spacious Maple Hall, the lovely La Conner Civic Garden Club, and the historic 1891 Victorian Gaches Mansion. Grab a “Quilt Walk” map and stroll through participating La Conner shops to see creations by members of the Seattle-based Contemporary Quilt Art Association. Along with award-winning quilts, this event features workshops from national and international teachers, a silent auction, and an array of unique vendors.
About the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum:
Established in 1997, The La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum is housed in the historic 1891 Gaches Mansion in the artistic waterfront town of La Conner, Washington. This unique museum features three stories of quilts and textiles that range from traditional to contemporary.
On the first floor, Victorian-era furnishings complement changing selections from the growing permanent collection. With two new exhibits opening every three months and a rotation of quilts from our permanent collection, there is always something new to see at Washington State’s only quilt museum.
