Enjoy the Tulip Festival AND Pickleball! Come enjoy the new Blackburn Pickleball Pavilion @ Skagit Valley College as a competitor or spectator. The Tulip Tussle Pickleball Tournament is held the last weekend of April. The tournament features an all-round robin with playoffs for gold, silver, and bronze medals.
