Discover the Magic

Find Every Letter. Share the Journey.

Across Skagit County, something bold, colorful, and entirely unique has taken shape. Five-foot-tall letters, each one a canvas of local creativity, are now welcoming visitors and inviting exploration like never before.

A Community-Powered Experience

From waterfront towns to vibrant main streets and scenic rural communities, these larger-than-life installations celebrate the spirit, identity, and artistry of Skagit County. Each letter has been thoughtfully designed by local artists and brought to life through collaboration between chambers of commerce, cities, arts commissions, and community organizations.

Every letter reflects the personality of the place it lives. Some are inspired by agriculture, others by maritime heritage, outdoor adventure, or the arts. No two are alike, and that is exactly the point.

Your Mission:
Find Them All

As you travel from one community to the next, you will experience the diversity, creativity, and welcoming spirit that make Skagit County so special.

We are inviting visitors and locals alike to turn their trip into an adventure.

This project was made possible through regional collaboration and a shared vision. The Skagit Tourism Bureau and EDASC received a grant from the Seattle Foundation to showcase Skagit County to visitors watching the big soccer games in Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC this summer. The goal was to create something memorable that draws people into our communities and encourages deeper exploration.

Thank You Janicki Industries

This county-wide art adventure was brought to life by the skilled and dedicated team at Janicki Industries – an aerospace and custom manufacturing company located in Sedro-Woolley.

Approximately 20 employees spent 300 hours cutting each 60-inch letter from vacuum-infused composite panels, then sanding and sealing each piece by hand.

Community organizations within each city designed the themes prior to installation.
