The Skagit Valley Sports Commission is committed to promoting Skagit County, Washington, as a vibrant hub for sports and recreation, supporting economic growth and community well-being through sporting events and tournaments. Nestled between Seattle, WA and Vancouver, BC, Skagit Valley offers an array of fields and facilities ideal for sports ranging from basketball and softball to soccer, tennis, and golf. Local highlights include Skagit Valley College’s athletic facilities, Skagit Valley Playfields, Skagit River Park, and numerous well-maintained parks that host youth and adult leagues year-round. Through collaboration with schools, local governments, and sports organizations, the commission helps bring tournaments, camps, and competitions to the region, enriching the area’s sports tourism culture and drawing in visitors.
