U-pick, Farmer's Stands, Pumpkins and the 19th Annual Festival of Family Farms the First Weekend of October - Visit Skagit Valley - North Cascades National Park to Farmlands to Salish Sea

U-pick, Farmer’s Stands, Pumpkins and the 19th Annual Festival of Family Farms the First Weekend of October

Whether grown (or created) on land or pulled out of the water, Skagit’s probably got it, somewhere—oysters, beer, fresh produce, cheese, beef, tulips—you name it, it’s probably been a thing around here for a long time. ~Food&Wine

Food&Wine featured the Skagit Valley and Edison recently with the header “This Tiny Town in the Pacific Northwest Is About to Be Really Famous for Food”.  If you are a foodie, Skagit Valley is the road trip destination for you! Be sure to stop by Edison and all of the farm stands across the valley during your fall road trip to the Skagit Valley!

Looking for more of a farm experience?  Visit during the 19th annual Festival of Family Farms!  The family farms of Skagit Valley welcome and open their barns and lifestyles to you and your family the first weekend of October.
