Horseshoe Pits
About
Skagit River Park Horseshoe Pits in Burlington feature one of the largest horseshoe pit complexes in the region, with 24 regulation pits located at the south end of the park. Developed through a partnership between the Skagit Valley Horseshoe Club—founded in 1970—and Burlington Parks and Recreation, the facility was installed in 1998 to support both casual play and organized competition. The site hosts local and statewide tournaments each year, drawing players from across Washington, the West Coast, and Canada.
