Kiwanis Salmon BBQ

The 71st annual Kiwanis Salmon BBQ is a beloved Skagit Valley tradition held at Hillcrest Park in Mount Vernon, offering visitors a classic Pacific Northwest dining experience during tulip season. Guests can enjoy a full meal featuring salmon grilled over seasoned alder wood, served with fresh coleslaw, garlic bread, a baked potato, dessert, and drinks. In addition to the meal, the event features smoked salmon for purchase, festival merchandise, and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere.
