Data Request Form

The Skagit Tourism Bureau offers custom visitor demographic event data reports to support LTAC applications, marketing efforts, and year-end reporting. These reports are generated based on data from our geolocation data provider and provide insights into attendee origins and demographics.

Please review the following information carefully before submitting your request:

Important limitations:
Attendee counts are not provided. These reports do not include total attendance numbers or foot traffic counts. This data does not replace first-party data. Ticket sales, surveys, and direct measurements remain the most accurate sources for event metrics.

Data availability is subject to processing timelines and data availability. Due to geolocation data lead times, please only request reports once 8 weeks have passed since your event has ended.

Geofencing varies by location. Not every address in Skagit County is geofenced as a point of interest (POI) in our dashboard. If you would like to request a POI to be added, please contact us. In some cases, reports may reflect data from a broader area (such as a downtown geofence) rather than a specific venue.

Available data is on a case by case basis. Not every event or POI will have sufficient data to generate a report.
