Free Shakespeare in the Park Show “Once Upon a Shakespearean Tale”

Shakespeare Northwest presents Shakespeare in the Park, its annual free summer touring production of “Once Upon a Shakespearean Tale,” an original work in which we ponder: What if William Shakespeare had written children’s stories? Three fairy tales from around the world combined with some of the Bard’s finest plays create a
fun collection of clever cautionary tales, original fables, and remastered nursery rhymes for the little big kid in all of us!

Playing in several parks from Bellingham to Seattle throughout June and July. See shakesnw.org for more information about the touring show and the annual Skagit River Shakespeare Festival running July 14 – August 19, featuring “The Comedy of Errors” and Christopher Marlowe’s “Edward II.”
