Displays and refreshments will be available at the Burlington Visitor Center located at 520 E Fairhaven Avenue.
The 19th Annual Skagit County Veterans Day Parade (poster says 18th – but it IS the 19th annual) starts at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday November 8, 2014 on Fairhaven Avenue to Regent Street.
